I talked to you guys last year about getting service to my house at the corner of Cedar Valley. Turned out that my home was in enough of a valley that it prevented a signal from getting there, at least at roof level. A while later, I found another WIFI service that was able to provide service to me, but I've had issues with the service being down for days at a time, and can't get someone out to the house when something isn't working.

Long story short, this guy installed the antenna in a large pine tree right next to my house which has worked fine, but when there are problems I can't get a speedy response in getting it fixed. The tower I'm connecting to now is approximately 4 miles away broadcasting at 900mhz. I know you guys have a tower in Cedar Valley and am wondering if you've ever done a tree install. I believe that would get me pretty much line of sight to your tower.

Trees grow over time.  Fixed points on a tower/roof dont change?

There is no way to provide reliable service overtime when placed in such an area. Placing our equipment in trees also opens up the possibility of damage being caused by rodents/birds. We have never had success installing in these kind of areas and have just made it policy not to.

Fair enough. In that case, I need some general price estimates on installing a 30' micro tower. Does your company perform tower installs, or would I have to do that myself?

If you choose to build I recommend a RHON BX series tower.

If you call (405-753-7151) in and ask for Hal, he will look up your location and provide you with that information.
