Slow speeds stating again, not as bad as a week ago, but not getting 5mbps.  Getting 4mbps tops, normally tips and pegs 5mbps instantly, now it is struggling to get to 4mbps.  Downloads are getting 3 to 3.5mbps instead of maxing the connection.

Speeds continue to fluctuate.  They are not maintaining a solid 5mbps as shown by the attached picture.

Talked with Sarah today and she removed the cap so I could test, as you can see, even uncapped there are wild swings in bandwidth.  It is not consistent or stable.

Today is even worse, barely getting past 3.5mbps at all.  Why am I paying for 5mbps service?

Service has degraded to the point of making the home phone service useless.

Phone is working again, but speeds still horrid.

Download Speed: 1508 kbps (188.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1507 kbps (188.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

I live in Tuttle, Travis Hedger is my name, 5.8ghz ant pointing south into Newcastle.

I used to have awesome 5mbps speeds that were solid and when maxed out it would never falter until I stopped the download myself.

Please, I want my old service back I have no other choice.  Sat isnt a choice, and you know how bad Pioneer is. Come on @link, make me proud of you like I used to be.

We do apologize for the reduced speeds since the winter storms.. But our techs have been working tirelessly to improve service to all of our customers.. At the time of the storms we were prevented from climbing towers or roofs due to ICE up to 3inches thick. When the ice started thawing it was too dangerous to get near the towers due to falling ice from high altitudes.. When we were able to begin working on the tower and home issues our tower Techs have worked every day since.. We understand that not all issues have been worked out but it is improving every day we will soon have the repairs done please bear with us just a bit longer..
