Paid and got the speed upgrade, as a a result, XBOX Live went south. Went from an OPEN NAT to either strict or Moderate....What gives?

Call the office. Call volume is down Try to speak to BJ to see if he can troubleshoot this issue this has happened a couple of times before it may not even be the NAT
